Hydraulic Hydraulic gate shearing machine is a machine that applies shear force to metal plates of various thicknesses by moving the upper blade and fixing the blade gap, and cuts the plates into required sizes by using reasonable blade gap. It has multi-step programming function, automatic backgauge operation and continuous positioning function, which can automatically adjust the backgauge position, program and parameters, and the cutting range is 6-40 mm thickness.

The backgauge adopts precision ball screw and linear guide to ensure high positioning accuracy, thereby improving processing accuracy.

The metal sheet is moved by the ball and support block on the workbench. The shearing machine includes front support arm and side arm.

It adopts NC controller and encoder closed-loop control system with automatic detection and compensation function. The backgauge is driven by DC servo motor, and the X-axis repeat positioning accuracy reaches 0.1mm.

Contains guardrail and safety interlock device. When the electric box door is opened or the guardrail is raised, the power switch is automatically turned off. There is a travel limit protection device and an emergency stop switch on the foot base.

The backgauge is controlled by E20, DTC660 or DAC-310 control system with touch screen.

The machine features a fully welded box bed frame for high stiffness and vertical linear movement, minimizing distortion and ensuring straightness.
Control System: Equipped with a Delem DAC360 CNC system (or optional E21S controller) to manage the backstop, blade angle, and blade gap adjustments.
Motor: Powered by a Siemens or Wannan motor, with customizable voltage options (e.g., 3-phase/220V/60Hz, 3-phase/380V/60Hz).
Hydraulic Valve: Uses a Rexroth hydraulic valve block for overload protection and stable operation, with real-time oil pressure monitoring.
Feeding Port: Complies with safety standards, featuring adjustable height screws and front fence and side guardrails for safety.
Cutting Line Illumination: Equipped with a light alignment device for easy marking, with a steplessly adjustable blade holder stroke for precision
