Cast Iron Body
 

Made by heat-treated cast, the strength and precision of the equipment are well guaranteed, which can fully ensure the good quality of the riveting process.
 

Pneumatic cylinder
 

The cylinder system is pressurized to drive the rivet nuts, rivet nut columns, rivet screws and other fasteners to be completely embedded in the workpiece, which has extremely high anti-ejection and anti-torsion strength and improves the surface quality of the workpiece.

 

 

Control panel
 

The extremely easy-to-understand control panel allows you to get started quickly, and the usage process is smooth and efficient. Using imported pressure measuring control components, accurate in the process of pressure riveting force demand, to ensure fastener riveting quality.

Main control box
 

The Uke motor control uses original Chint accessories and is equipped with a phase sequence controller. It uses the PCB board control independently developed by our company. Each function is equipped with an indicator light to accurately determine the working status and has stronger stability.

 

Anti-pinch function
 

Due to its own safety protection (conductive/non-conductive detection), it can judge metal and non-metal, and will not put pressure on non-metal staff, so it can protect operators from wrong operations.
