Production line III is composed of a loading rack, a leveling and rib pressing machine, a punching and square punching hydraulic press, a hydraulic shearing machine, and a hydraulic folding machine. The electrical control part is fully computer controlled. The control system has a closed-loop feedback system, and the production accuracy and stability are significantly improved. Its maximum working speed is 10 meters/minute. The length error is ±0.5mm, and the diagonal error is ±0.8mm. This system can produce 1000 M2 square ducts in a single shift.

The 3-line duct production line consists of an decoiler (electric), a leveler, a beading machine, an encoder, hydraulic angle cutting and grooving 4 sets of special duct molds), a hydraulic bending machine, and a hydraulic shearing machine.

It can automatically cut the duct sheet to a certain size, beading, automatic grooving of the duct, angle cutting, and automatic bending into "L", "U", and "mouth" shaped ducts. It has the advantages of high automation, labor saving, high efficiency, and material saving. It is very suitable for medium-sized duct processing plants and general hardware processing. The standard configuration includes two material rolls (electric), and the main machine includes leveling, beading, encoder, hydraulic grooving and angle cutting system, duct bending and shearing system, and CNC system.
