1. It uses Japanese Yaskawa (Mitsubishi) servo motor, Mitsubishi PLC and touch control panel for control, with long service life, high precision, simple and fast operation, effectively shortening work preparation time and improving productivity.
2. The feeding roller is made of bearing steel (domestic manufacturers mostly use 45# steel). After high frequency, quenching and hard chrome plating, the surface hardness can reach HRC60-62ºC.
3. The control box and the machine body are separated to prevent vibration from damaging the electrical components, and it is easy to move.
4. The touch screen and button dual control mode can realize multi-function operation. The button adopts advanced technology LED button indicator, and the button life is up to 3 million times.
