CNC hydraulic swing shearing machine is a machine that uses one blade to make a reciprocating linear motion relative to another blade to shear the plate. It uses the moving upper blade and the fixed lower blade, and adopts a reasonable blade gap to apply shear force to metal plates of various thicknesses, so that the plates are broken and separated according to the required size. This CNC swing shear machine features an all-steel structure design with an aesthetically pleasing appearance and reliable structure. The overall welded steel plate structure provides excellent strength, rigidity, and vibration resistance. The machine body undergoes normalization and high-frequency vibration treatment to eliminate internal stress, ensuring overall precision. The structure design is optimized using UG (Finite Element) analysis to ensure the best performance parameters.

The hydraulic system adopts an integrated logical circuit controlled by a sequence valve, ensuring smooth operation, low noise, and easy maintenance. The hydraulic swing structure is equipped with a return device for the upper tool holder, using a nitrogen cylinder for fast return speed, making the operation convenient. The worktable features an auxiliary tool holder for fine blade adjustment and is also equipped with feeding rollers to enhance operational efficiency. Precision machining is carried out using a floor-type boring and milling machine with a single-pass processing method to ensure machining accuracy.

Additionally, the machine employs vibration aging technology to eliminate internal stress, improving mechanical stability and extending the service life.

The pressing device adopts an integral circuit and an independent parallel pressing cylinder. When the sheet is uneven, it can be freely extended and compressed, and the pressing force can be adjusted according to the material and thickness of the sheet without damaging the sheet surface.

The eccentric mechanism is adopted to manually adjust the edge gap in the form of a scale dial, which is easy to operate to meet the shearing needs of different sheet thicknesses and materials.

Through the control of the CNC system, fixed-range shearing can be achieved. The light line shadow alignment device is convenient for marking and shearing.

A foot switch is provided, through which the shearing action can be directly operated, which is convenient and quick.
