Machine Introduction

This equipment uses a micro-drive to control the high-precision stepper motor feed line. Precision gears are used for the mechanical transmission to maintain consistent feed accuracy and speed. The shear cylinder hydraulic station is equipped with a forced air cooling radiator, and the hydraulic system adopts a dual-system configuration, extending component life. The control system is connected to a text display via a PLC for ease of operation and stability. A production volume preset function is also designed to control the entire machine's operation. This stable and efficient forming machine integrates straightening, bending, forming, and cutting, and is unmanned, achieving efficiency 4-5 times that of traditional models. The machine body is assembled with high-strength steel and aluminum alloy components, and is an essential machine for metal wire forming factories.
