The capillary cutting machine is a circular saw cutting machine designed for pipe cutting. It can cut round pipes, square pipes, oval pipes, rectangular pipes and special-shaped pipes.
Equipped with a special cutting operating system, it is easy to operate, has high precision, burr-free sawing, multi-tube sawing, and strong professionalism. It is strong and durable.

Machine structure

The machine adopts full servo drive, digital control, advanced structure (using 45# and carbon steel welding), superior performance, high efficiency, and is at the leading level in the industry at home and abroad.

Saw blade and cooling

Tungsten steel cutting saw blade, good cutting effect, wear-resistant and can be repaired and used repeatedly. The equipment adopts water cooling cycle to prevent the saw blade from heating up and burning teeth during cutting, and extend the saw blade

Electronic control system

The brand motor is powerful, ensuring higher production accuracy and efficiency, and meeting long-term operation requirements. The servo motor feeds horizontally, responds faster, and has higher accuracy.
