LJA Industrial Gearhead Automatic Feed Drilling and Milling Machine features a gear drive system that provides high torque, making it ideal for drilling, reaming, tapping and milling a variety of common materials. The spindle supports micro-feed and manual feed options.

Flexible Spindle Head: The spindle head can rotate 360° and tilt ±45°, allowing for flexible and convenient operation of various angles and positions.

Reversible Gear Milling and Drilling Machine: Equipped with automatic downfeed, coolant system and reverse rotation for increased versatility and efficiency

• The adjustable multi-spindle head offers a wide range of hole distances, and the number of spindles can be customized based on customer requirements.
• There is no need to reinstall the workpiece for tapping after drilling. Simply pull the table, and the workpiece moves to the tapping spindle position for tapping.
• The machine can process multiple holes with the multi-spindle head based on customer demands or can drill, ream, and tap a single hole without using multi-spindles.
