Features of double-head decoiler:

1. There are two expansion and contraction reels, which are 180 degrees apart and connected by a rotating shaft. Uncoiling operations can be performed alternately. When one expansion and contraction reel is uncoiling normally, the other expansion and contraction reel can be rolled up calmly using a crane or forklift, eliminating the downtime for loading, so that the material can move continuously on the production line.

2. There are two types of models: unpowered and powered. The unpowered model does not require a large waiting area, and the power for uncoiling is provided by the pulling force of the subsequent machine, and a brake handwheel is attached to the top; the powered model is driven by the main motor and reducer through the sprocket to drive the main shaft to rotate for uncoiling.

3. Equipped with a positioning device. When the rotating shaft rotates to the specified position, the positioning pin is driven by the cylinder and inserted into the positioning hole to realize the positioning of the rotating shaft to ensure stable feeding of downstream equipment.

4. Long wheelbase support, exquisite structure, large load, convenient loading, and flexible use.
